The Leader Edit – Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

The Leader Edit is a 6-week coaching experience designed to help you evaluate and reset your leadership rhythms, patterns, and decisions. Depending on the option you select (individual or group), the program includes:

  • Weekly live 1-hour coaching calls.
  • Weekly course modules with supporting content.
  • A workbook and the full Leader Edit pathway with guided coaching on each step.
  • A Working Genius assessment and debrief.

Scheduling & Participation

You are responsible for scheduling your sessions and attending scheduled sessions. You are also responsible for participating fully. Group calls cannot be rescheduled. For individual sessions, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase (minus a 5% transaction fee).
  • After 24 hours, all sales are final unless extraordinary circumstances prevent your participation. In such cases, partial refunds may be granted at the Coach’s discretion.
  • Any unused individual sessions expire at the end of the 6-week program.

Coaching Terms

Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a partnership between you (the Client) and Lindsay Harris (the Coach), designed to support you in achieving personal or professional goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for mental health care, medical care, or legal/financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, and results and may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time. In order to enhance the coaching relationship, you agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

Confidentiality

All private coaching conversations between you and the Coach are confidential and guided by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. Exceptions include circumstances where disclosure is required by law, court order, or where there is risk of harm to self or others. You also acknowledge your continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Coach in a timely manner.

For group programs, confidentiality is expected but cannot be guaranteed. Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and to keep group discussions within the group. However, the Coach is not responsible for any breach of confidentiality by other participants.

Release of Information

The Coach engages in training and continuing education, pursuing and/or maintaining ICF (International Coach Federation) Credentials. That process requires the names and contact information of all Clients for possible verification by ICF. By accepting these terms and conditions and purchasing your coaching package, you agree to have only your name, contact information, and start and end dates of coaching shared with ICF staff members and/or other parties involved in this process for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the coaching relationship.  No personal notes will be shared. According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and for coach professional development and/or consultation purposes.

Scheduling & Missed Sessions

For 1:1 sessions, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited. Group sessions and guest speaker events cannot be rescheduled or credited.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase (minus a 5% transaction fee).
  • Beyond that, all sales are final unless extraordinary circumstances arise, at the sole discretion of the Coach.
  • Unused sessions do not roll over or extend beyond the program period.

Limitation of Liability

Leader Haven and Lindsay Harris are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
