I'm Lindsay



In 2021, with 25 successful years working in both corporate and nonprofit settings, I realized that I was not fully living into my purpose. I was accomplishing and achieving, yet overworked and empty. I was deeply satisfied when I was helping leaders and teams feel safe, seen, and known—and teaching them to create the same space for others. Yet that was only a small fraction of my day-to-day. 


So, I decided to change that. 


In 2022, I launched Leader Haven and made the decision to spend the rest of my career providing next-level foundations for growth-minded leaders and teams.
